The non-absorbency of tinplate makes the traditional water-dampening solution easy to stay between the rollers to cause ink emulsification, and the alcohol dampening system plays a certain role in maintaining the printing suitability of the ink and reducing the emulsification of the ink. The continuous water transfer of the alcohol dampening system can also avoid the uneven distribution of dampening liquid and the water bar failure easily caused by intermittent effluent.
The dampening liquid is transmitted through three water rollers, continuously and evenly transferred to the PS version, and the W3 roller is driven by a variable speed motor, which is transmitted in a certain proportion between it and the W2 roller, and the W1 roller is driven by the printing plate hobbing, and the motor speed of the W3 roller is generally adjusted to change the liquid volume when adjusting the liquid volume. Its structure design is simple and easy to operate.
The rotation ratio of each water roller of the alcohol dampening system is different, the transmission ratio of the roller and the dampening roller is 1:0.8 is the ideal state, the transmission amount of dampening liquid is uniform regardless of how the linear speed changes, so that the water-ink balance meets the printing quality requirements, in addition, this ratio of combination also has the role of protecting the surface of the PS plate; The surface of the PS version is cleaned to remove residual impurities and ink, so that the printing surface is bright and clean; The ordinary water glue dampening plate, the layout is easy to get dirty, and the distribution of the dampening liquid is uneven, which seriously affects the quality of the printed matter.
